Rhiannon Poore
Founder and CEORhiannon brings over fifteen years of experience in talent acquisition, business development, marketing, and talent development. Most recently, she worked in recruiting, marketing, and communications at Southern First, a regional bank headquartered in South Carolina. Previously, Rhiannon led talent acquisition at Elliott Davis, where she created and scaled the first experienced recruiting department for the 800-person Southeastern public accounting firm; and marketing and recruiting efforts at FGP International. Entrepreneurial at heart, Rhiannon has been recognized for her unique ability to lead change, and drive results throughout her career, including Greenville’s “Best and Brightest” and FGP’s “Top Biller of the Year.”
Rhiannon’s passion for helping people thrive and organizations grow spurred her to found Forge Search + Consulting in 2021.
Rhiannon graduated with honors from Bob Jones University with a B.A. in English & Communication and a M.A. in English. She is deeply involved in her local Greenville community, where she has served with United Way Young Philanthropists, the Center for Developmental Services, and other area charities.
When she’s not at work, you can find her in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes, running on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, or playing with her two (very) rambunctious children.

Kimberly Ghent
senior RecruiterKimberly Ghent is a Senior Recruiter for Forge Search, focusing on accounting and finance roles for our clients. Kimberly has spent 2 years in recruiting and prior to this, worked for a large technology distributor in Greenville for 5 years across marketing and operations roles.
With a degree in Marketing from Clemson University, Kimberly is dedicated to making a difference for clients and candidates and finding the best talent for any need. Outside of Forge, you can find Kimberly walking on the Swamp Rabbit Trail with her lab Sunny or sitting with a good book in hand.

Katie Weber
RecruiterKatie joined Forge Search as a Recruiter in May of 2023. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Katie has spent over a decade in sales. Prior to that, she was a flight attendant for Delta Airlines. She loves connecting people with the right opportunities both personally and professionally.
Outside of Forge, Katie loves cooking, reading and spontaneous dance parties with her 3 girls. Her ideal day is one where food is simmering in the kitchen, and friends and family fill her home.

Emily Bruce
RecruiterEmily joined Forge as a Recruiter in January of 2024. A graduate of Bob Jones University and a Greenville native, Emily started her career at a marketing and advertising agency where she developed her love of project management and client relations. Emily loves the emphasis Forge places on delivering exceptional results while putting people first.
On the weekends, you’ll find Emily on the hunt for her next antique find at estate sales, watching Survivor, or spending time with her family and friends.

Amy Soubannarath
Executive assistantAmy joined Forge Search in February of 2023 as the Executive Assistant to Rhiannon Poore. Prior to joining Forge Search, Amy worked for six years in the healthcare industry where she performed a number of administrative, operations, and financial duties, then took a career break to start a family.
Amy is originally from Connecticut though she has spent time in California, New York, and Virginia. Outside of Forge, she loves to spend time with her husband, their 3 girls and 2 dogs.

Noemi Prinoth
RecruiterNoemi joined Forge Search as a Recruiter in February of 2024. She recently relocated from Italy and is fluent in Italian and German. Noemi has a background in media and communications, and prior to Forge, worked in Marketing and Public Relations. She has a passion for communication and enjoys connecting with people from diverse international backgrounds.
