On Turning Two Years Old

Two years ago this month, I started Forge Search. I had our savings, some kind friends who helped create the brand, an incredible husband who has had my back every step of the way, and faith. Faith that there was a better way to do recruiting that was people-oriented and process-driven … that operated with excellent, integrity, and kindness. Oh, and did I mention recruiting that delivered results? (We’re big on execution around here).
And THIS is the team today. This amazing group of humans comprises Forge Search + Consulting and I could not be prouder of each one of them. Every day they go above and beyond to work hard, find amazing talent and love others well.
