In early 2021, Rhiannon founded Forge Search, a people-first professional recruiting firm that specializes in finding talent for accounting & finance, sales & marketing, and operations positions throughout the Southeast. Since its inception, Forge has grown into a multi-million dollar professional recruiting firm headquartered in Greenville, SC serving a nationwide client base.
Previously, Rhiannon led talent acquisition at a large public accounting firm, where she created and scaled the first experienced recruiting department for the 800-person Southeastern firm. She began her career with a boutique executive search firm, specializing in accounting & finance recruiting. Entrepreneurial at heart, Rhiannon has been recognized for her unique ability to lead change, and drive results throughout her career.
She serves on Board of Directors for the United Way of Greenville County, and is involved in various philanthropic efforts throughout the area.
