Forge Search + Consulting was founded in 2021 and has grown into a multi-million-dollar professional recruiting firm headquartered here in Greenville, SC. Forge partners with companies nationwide, leveraging years of recruiting expertise and an emphasis on relationships. 

We specialize in placing mid- to executive-level talent in Accounting & Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Manufacturing Operations, and Non-profit Leadership. Our team recruits throughout the Southeast, offering our clients and candidates a world-class experience hallmarked by integrity, transparency, and excellence.

We maintain that recruiting is first and foremost a people business, and that putting people first is always the right decision.
